Privacy Policy

1. Data we process

We aim to process as little data as possible. You do not need an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, or phone number to use the Preset Finder.

2. Search data

When you press "Find Preset", the video link you paste is sent to the ZannXAM server and forwarded to the third-party service AMFinder (amfinder.web.id) to look for presets.

We store search statistics consisting of: the video link (without anything after "?"), time, platform (TikTok/YouTube/Instagram), result status, and the number of presets and links found. Your IP address is not stored in this record.

Your IP address is used temporarily in server memory only for rate limiting and is not written to the database.

3. TikTok video preview

For TikTok links, your browser requests preview data (thumbnail, caption, statistics, and video) from the third-party service TikWM (tikwm.com). The video plays from that service's servers, which may see your IP address and device data under their own policies.

We only store an anonymous count of previews (success/failure), with no identity attached.

4. Visit statistics

We record anonymous page views (the page opened and the time) to understand site usage. We do not use tracking cookies, do not store IP addresses, and respect your browser's Do Not Track setting.

5. Cookies and local storage

• zannxam_support_last_shown (localStorage): stores when the Support Developer popup was last shown so it does not reappear for 24 hours if you tick that option.
• zannxam_i18n (cookie): stores your language choice.
• The light/dark theme preference is stored in your browser's local storage.
• The admin session cookie is used only by site administrators and is not set for regular visitors.

6. Third-party links

Search results contain links to other sites (for example presets, LinkTree, social media, or creator websites). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. Please review links before opening them.

We filter some links that are clearly trackers or junk, but this cannot guarantee that every link is safe.

7. Support Developer popup

The popup contains links to the developer's TikTok accounts and WhatsApp Channel plus a Contact Developer button. These open third-party services (TikTok/WhatsApp) only if you click them.

8. Ads

Administrators can currently enable or disable ads from the admin dashboard. If ads are enabled in the future, third-party ad providers may load scripts that use cookies or device identifiers under their own policies. Banners are shown in isolated frames, and we show a warning before you are redirected to an ad / third-party site.

9. Security

We apply request limits, link validation, and admin access protection (HttpOnly cookies and hashed passwords). No system is completely risk-free, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The latest update date is shown at the top of this page.
